This class is a fantastic way to get to know other mums. Or why not kick it up a notch with one of two options for a 6 week women’s boot camp? 

So what’s Boot Camp all about? Well, it’s a fitness program that concentrates on using your whole body and compound movements with a variety of strength and cardio exercises. You’ll start each class with a warm up to prepare your joints and muscles. You”http://treatme.co.nz/”ll be using equipment as well as whole body weight exercises – squats, push-ups, lunges, boxing, athletic and coordination drills and more. No two workouts are the same so you’ll always be kept on your toes. They’ll finish up with a stretch routine to loosen up those tired muscles.

Classes are instructed by a fully qualified, registered personal trainer to ensure safe, effective workouts for all fitness levels. Boot Camp can help you achieve weight loss, toning and strength, as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness. It can also help you get more energy, better sleep, along with reducing stress and improving self esteem and self confidence. What’s more, you’ll be meeting new people on your fitness journey.
